Judgment Day

By Rev. Dean Beaty 7/31/12

Hebrews 9:27-28 “And as it is appointed unto men once to die,

but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear

the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear

the second time without sin unto salvation.” (KJV)

Men don’t believe in judgment, so in sin they stay content.

They don’t believe God’s Word or that was what He meant.

They have a false belief that God will overlook.

The problem comes from this; they do not know God’s Book.

God’s love expressed in Christ shows us God’s loving care.

The gift of His own Son, there’s nothing to compare.

But that does not negate that there’s a judgment day.

Without Christ in their heart they will be cast away.

God still loves the sinner, that’s why He gave His Son.

Hell was not made for man – no not a single one.

It was made for Satan and his demonic crew.

No, hell was never made for either me or you.

The blood of Jesus Christ, shed to forgive our sin,

Is all God will accept that men be born again.

Without our faith in Christ, in sin we still our lost.

Judgment day is coming, eternal doom the cost.

I John 1:6-9 “If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness,

we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we

have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth

us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth

is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,

and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (KJV)
